On 21 March 1767 she married Jacob Lyon in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Jacob died in 1776, Hannah died 16 December 1839 in Herrick Center, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. She as buried in the Lyon Cemetery in Herrick, Pennsylvania.
